泡菜母水中的细菌相关耐药基因种类及其动态变化

摘要:本研究运用高通量测序技术对泡菜母水发酵60 d内的耐药基因进行监测,发现其中含有6种耐药基因,分别是β-内酰胺类、抗叶酸剂、万古霉素、阳离子抗菌肽、EGFR酪氨酸激酶抑制剂和铂类。通过分析不同发酵阶段泡菜母水中耐药基因的动态变化,结果发现:随着发酵天数的增加,泡菜母水中耐药基因的相对丰度有不同程度的增减;6种耐药基因与20个优势属之间具有一定的相关关系,其中与微小杆菌属(Exiguobacterium)和拉恩氏菌属(Rahnella)相关性较强。

AbstractIn this work, drug resistance genes in Paocai brine were tracked throughout the course of 60 days of fermentation using high throughput sequencing technologies. Beta-lactams, anti-folate medications, vancomycin, cationic antimicrobial peptides, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and platinum were the six resistance genes discovered in total. The results demonstrated that as the number of fermentation days rose, the relative abundance of drug resistance genes fluctuated. Twenty dominant genus showed correlation with drug resistance genes, with Exiguobacterium and Rahnella showing the strongest correlation.
